Do 42 reps of each toning move. Break it up however you need to. 
(I break it up into 3 rounds of 14).


Chops - 42 reps on each side



Crunches - 42 reps



Twists - 42 reps on each side



Pike - 42 reps



Rock The Boat - 42 reps on each side
