Do 42 reps of each toning move. Break it up however you need to.
(I break it up into 3 rounds of 14).
Down Dog To Tummy Toner - 42 reps on each side
Toe Touches - 42 reps
Bicycles - 42 reps on each side
V-Sit - 42 reps
Reverse Crunch - 42 reps
