Blogger Note: I'm slowly catching up on the days I have missed. I was in the hospital late last week so I fell a little bit behind. Daily Moves
Go Through 3 rounds of 15 reps per move.


Roll Out - 15 reps



Crunches - 15 reps



Pike - 15 reps



Twists - 15 reps on each side



Ball Pass - 15 reps
