Do each strength move for 60 seconds, switching sides halfway through. Do each cardio burst for 30 seconds. **And while the TIU website didn't say, it's safe to assume that you need to do this for 3 rounds in total).

Cardio Burst: Mountain Climbers - 30 seconds
