Cardio Challenge: Go for a 20 minute walk or run. Write down how many miles you ran and try to beat it next week!

Daily Moves
Do each move for 30 seconds completing as many reps as you can with good form. Repeat for a total of 3 rounds, resting for 30 seconds between each round. (And yes, there really are only 4 moves for today).


Row + Burpee - Do 30 seconds



Hammer + Press - Do 30 seconds



Around The World Jumps - Do 30 seconds



Reaching Crunches - Do 30 seconds
