HIIT - Wednesday (+ New TIU Protein News)

Before we get to todays workouts i have some excited TIU news for everyone. While Tone It Up hasn't officially said anything yet fellow TIU girl @cassielee_tiu on instagram  found the new protein powders at her local target!


While not in the photograph she did confirm to me that she also found the peanut butter protein that a lot of saw on Brian's instagram a week or so ago. Since she is the only one that I know of that has found the protein powder i would highly suggest keeping an eye out on her Instagram to see what she thinks of them.

And speaking of no one else having the protein, I can explain that as well. Fellow TIU girl @run_gabbagabba talked to an employee at her local Target and they said the new protein flavors would be released in stores on April 15th!

Cardio Challenge: Tabata planks! 20 seconds on/10 seconds off for 8 rounds. 


Studio Tone It Up Class


Daily Moves
Do 15 reps of each strength move, and 30 seconds of each cardio burst. Repeat the circuit 3 times.


Braced Squat - 15 reps



Cardio Burst: High Knees - 30 seconds



Deadlift + Upright Row - 15 reps



Cardio Burst: Mountain Climbers - 30 seconds



Bikini Walkout + Pushup - 15 reps



Cardio Burst: Squat Jumps - 30 seconds
