Before we get into todays daily moves, I wanted to give a huge THANK YOU to katiek_tiu and larissa.w_tiu on instagram. I passed out before I could copy down today's daily moves and by the time I woke up they were already taken down from the site. Luckily, these girls were able to help me out so thank you again!

Daily Moves
Go Through 3 rounds of 1 minute per move.
Weighted Box Step Up - Switch sides halfway through
Box Jump - Continue for 1 minute
Deadlift - Continue for 1 minute
Cross Body Curl - Continue for 1 minute
Rock The Boat - Continue for 1 minute
