Go Through 3 rounds of 15 reps per move.


Arnold Press - 15 reps



Balancing Extension - 15 reps on each side



Tree Curls - 15 reps on each side



Plank Shoulder Taps - 15 reps on each side



Floating Booty Lifts - 15 reps on each side
