Yoga Sculpt - Sunday

Before we get into our normal Sunday post, I do have a quick announcement to make. I will not be updating this blog at all this week since I will be in Mexico for a yoga retreat. Now, that doesn't mean we are going to lose a week of the daily moves. While I am away I will be making note of each days daily moves, but i will not be updating the blog till I get back next Sunday. (I hope you guys understand). Since I am away there will also not be a lock screen this week but I will be sure to create one next week when I get home.


5k Walk or Run



Studio Tone It Up Class


Daily Moves
Go Through 3 rounds of 15 reps per move.


Down Dog Push-Up - 15 reps



Knee To Elbow Crunch - 15 reps on each side



Side Plank Lift - 15 reps on each side



Weighted Donkey Kicks - 15 reps on each side



V-Sit Curl + Press - 15 reps
