Go through 3 rounds of each move.


Forearm Booty Lifts - 15 reps on each side (alternating with each rep).



Plank Wave - 15 reps



Single Leg-Dip + Bridge - 15 reps on each side (alternating with each rep).



Bridge + Press - 15 reps
