Studio Tone It Up Class


Daily Moves
Go through 3 rounds of 15 reps per move.


Skaters - 15 reps on each side



Booty Kicks - 15 reps on each side



Jump Squat - 15 reps



Burpee + Pushup - 15 reps



Plank Jacks - 15 reps
