It's week 3 of the TIU Bikini Series!
If you haven't had the greatest start to the Bikini Series it's ok. I myself twisted my ankle in Zumba last week so I have had to rest the past couple of days. But it is a new week, and a new opportunity to re-commit to yourself.

Whether you are participating in the Bikini Series or not, you are awesome and are totally going to rock whatever you chose to wear to the beach this summer!
