Cardio Challenge: 40 minutes of Cardio. A light walk is recommended. 


Chose either the Studio Tone It Up Class OR the Daily Moves to finish out todays workout.

Daily Moves
Go through 4 rounds of 25 reps per move.


Mountain Climbers - 25 reps on each side



Side Plank Crunch - 25 reps on each side



Bicycle - 25 reps on each side



Toe Touches - 25 reps
