Studio Tone It Up Class


Daily Moves
Go through 4 rounds of 25 reps per move.


Sumo Squat - 25 reps



Sumo Squat + Heels Lifted - 25 reps



Single-Leg Deadlift - 25 reps on each side



Stationary Lunge - 25 reps on each side
