Chose either the Studio Tone It Up Class OR the Daily Moves to finish out todays workout.


Studio Tone It Up Class


Daily Moves
Go through 4 rounds of 25 reps per move.


Alternating Lunges - 25 reps on each side



Bent Over Row - 25 reps



Squat Jacks - 25 reps



Rock The Boat - 25 reps on each side
