Side Opener Twist - 30 seconds on each side
Knee + Elbow Crunch - 20 reps on each side
Tricep Pushup - 20 reps
Down Dog Knee + Elbow - 20 reps on each side
Plank Shoulder Taps - 20 reps on each side
