Weekly Schedule Lock-screen - July 23rd till July 29th 2018

Happy Week 2 of the Tone It Up #SummerToneUp Challenge!

How is everyone feeling after the first set of daily rep challenges? One thing I learned is that, even though in the daily moves they have the rep challenge at the end, I highly recommend doing the rep challenge first. That way your muscles (and your self) aren't tired and fatigued and you can give it your all.

The new Tone It Up book "Balanced And Beautiful" also comes out on Tuesday. If you haven't pre-ordered it yet you can do so by clicking here and then you can click here to enter your pre-order info on the TIU website for the coupon they are giving to those who pre-order.

And in addition to all of this news you can access this weeks youtube playlist here and the accompanying lock-screen will be down below.

Now, lets work on upping those reps for week 2!

  1. Thank you for posting an entire week's workout schedule. That's helpful if I've missed anything. My only questions is I'm not sure what the daily reps are? I understand which workout they're referring to when they say daily moves and daily studio tone it up class (not to forget morning booty call) but daily rep challenge is something I'm still not sure about

    1. The daily rep challenge is monday through friday. When you look at the daily moves on one of those days at the very end of that days moves it will tell you what the rep challenge is for the day. pretty much you just do that move for as many reps as you can within one minute.

    2. Ah I see it now! I guess since I started doing this on a weekend, the daily moves gif didn't have the daily rep challenge. Thank you for commenting back!!
