Go through 3 rounds of 15 reps per move.
Row + Tricep Extension - 15 reps on each side
Alternating Forward Raise - 15 reps on each side
Reverse Fly - 15 reps
Cross Body Curl - 15 reps one each side
Plank Row - 15 reps on each side
