Go through 31 reps of each move. Break them up however you want.


Kettlebell Squat + High Pull - 31 reps



Kettlebell Swing - 31 reps



Kettlebell Halo - 31 reps, switching directions halfway through



Kettlebell Windmill - 31 reps switching sides halfway through



Kettlebell Rock The Boat - 31 reps on each side
