Daily Moves
Go through 31 reps of each move. Break them up however you want.
Reverse Lunge + Curl - 31 reps, switch sides halfway through
(In the studio gif it showed the curl at the top
and not during the lunge).
Deadlift + Row - 31 reps
Tricep Kickback - 31 reps
Wood Chop - 31 reps on each side
Toe Touches - 31 reps
