Daily Moves
Go through 60 seconds of each move. Rest 15 seconds between moves. Do this for 3 rounds.
Squat Jacks - 60 seconds
Reverse Lunge + Hop - 60 seconds on each side
Squat + Kickback - 60 seconds on each side
