Daily Moves
Go through 60 seconds of each move. Rest 15 seconds between moves. Do this for 3 rounds.
Skaters - 60 seconds
Single Leg Burpee - 60 seconds switching sides halfway through.
High Knees - 60 seconds
Lateral Plank Walk - 60 seconds, alternating sides.
Bicycles - 60 seconds
