Daily Moves
Go through 3 rounds of 12 reps per move.


Side Lunge + Twist - 12 reps on each side



Deadlift + Upright Row - 12 reps



Goblet Squat - 12 reps

Plank + Row - 12 reps on each side



Bridge + Press - 12 reps
