HIIT + Abs - Tuesday
Since this is the #TIU21 challenge there aren't recommended workout videos like they do during the regular times of the year unless you have the Studio Tone It Up app. If you would like to see what the studio workouts are, or if you'd like an alternative suggestion, check out Sunday's post where i made the workout lock-screen.
Since Tone It Up is doing the 21 rep challenge this time around, do every move for 21 reps (using the drop sets talked about yesterday if applicable) and then once done repeat twice (for a total of 3 rounds).
Plank Tuck Jumps - 21 reps
V-Sit - 21 reps
Crunch - 21 reps
Standing Knee to Elbow Crunch - 21 reps on each side
Plank Jacks - 21 reps
